Snacks for Lent

Many of our Grab N Go options are suitable for Lent. A couple of our favorites are our Homemade Hummus and Tabouli. Both of these vegetarian options are packed with fresh and nutritious ingredients that’ll keep you powered throughout all of Lent. Check out more Grab N Go options.

Got a sweet tooth? A light yet hearty option for Lent is an all-natural Fruit Smoothie Bowl. The base of our bowls are made just like a thicker, spoonable smoothie and garnished with delicious, crunchy toppings. View all of our Smoothie Bowls and ingredients.

Entrees for Lent

Although we pride ourselves on offering many vegetarian meals year-round through our Lunch Counter, a couple of our most popular options are the Super Salad and the Cheese and Sprouts Sandwich. The Super Salad is a veggie lover's delight! We craft the Super Salad with 5 different vegetables including Covington, Louisiana-grown Sam Sprouts alfalfa sprouts. Another great Lent option is our Cheese and Sprouts Sandwich also made with Sam Sprouts, melted cheddar cheese, and wholesome Food for Life Ezekiel Bread.
