Both of these vegan options are packed with fresh and nutritious ingredients that’ll keep you powered throughout all of Lent. Entrees for Lent
Although we pride ourselves on offering many vegetarian meals year-round through our Lunch Counter, a couple of our most popular options for the Lenten season are the Super Salad and the Cheese and Sprouts Sandwich. The Super Salad is a veggie lover's delight! We craft the Super Salad with 5 different vegetables including Covington, Louisiana-grown Sam Sprouts alfalfa sprouts. The Cheese and Sprouts Sandwich is also made with Sam Sprouts, melted cheddar cheese and wholesome Food for Life Ezekiel Bread.
